We are not a high volume agent, instead we look after a portfolio of good rental properties with landlords who appreciate our experience and hands on approach. As a landlord and indeed a tenant, you will deal with Robyn or James who will personally guide you through the process and ensure that your experience of letting with SBC Homes is a positive one.

Property letting is filled with regularly changing legal obligations and we pride ourselves on being Lettings specialists, utilizing our qualifications and experience to ensure we are up to date with our advice and procedures, assuring landlords and tenants alike that they are in safe hands.

We offer a comprehensive range of services for our clients, our Let Only service will suit if you simply want us to let your property and pass it back to you, while our Let & Rent Collect service includes the collection of the monthly rental payment. For landlords using our let only or let and rent collect services a fee will be payable for tenancy renewals and check out if so requested.
Renewals £60* (Inclsuive of VAT)
Check out £80* (inclusive of VAT)

*The fees above are included in our Full Management service.

N.B Collecting the rent monthly and paying over to the Landlord monthly (normally within 10 working days of collection as we are not members of a client money protection scheme), less any fees or expenses due or incurred for the period.  Payments will be made by direct bank transfer and a detailed rent statement will be forwarded to the Landlord.
